- The Düsseldorf musician just released a full-length on his own Italic label.
Harmonious Thelonious's International Dance Record is out on Italic now.
The Düsseldorf area producer, born Stefan Schwander, has been putting out oddball productions that combine American minimalist compositional patterns with African rhythms for some time now. The past couple years have been notably prolific period for the Salon Des Amateurs regular. International Dance Record follows last year's Santos full-length as well as Diskanted, a split double-LP released in February featuring fellow Rhineland oddballs Don't DJ and The Durian Brothers (the trio of Schwander alongside Florian Meyer and Marc Matter).
