- A triple-vinyl pack from the Ukrainian techno producer will land at the end of the month.
An album from Stanislav Tolkachev is coming via Mord.
When You Are Not At Home is the third full-length from Tolkachev, a Ukrainian artist who's been refining his own brand of abstract techno for more than a decade. After a pair of digital-only LPs, Rudiment (2006, Funque Droppings) and Remine (2009, Subsist), this one, for Bas Mooy's label, is the first to also get a physical release. A triple-vinyl version of the album comprises 16 cuts, while the digital set adds a trio of bonus tunes named "No Matter What They've Told You (A-C)."
Tolkachev told RA the record draws from material made over the past five years or so, during which time his profile has risen with appearances on labels like Semantica, M_REC LTD, Fullpanda and Geophone. As is often the case with his solo records, it features some of his own photography for artwork.
