The Texan producer will play two rare East Coast gigs in a few weeks.
Gerard Hanson, also known as E.R.P., put out his second album, 2845, in August. The US techno producer's releases tend to be few and far between, and he's remained intentionally elusive since his debut record in 1995. Hanson's East Coast appearances are equally infrequent, and his gig in Miami later this month will also be his local debut. He's booked for an Ellum showcase at the Miami Beach club Trade during Art Basel, playing alongside label boss Maceo Plex as well as Rebolledo and North Lake. Then a few days later he'll head to NYC to play the Ridgewood venue Trans Pecos with local favorites Antenes and Alex From Queens.
