Vit Fana is releasing an album.
Irrgang is an eight-track effort from Ossian Ohlsson, AKA Vit Fana, that is expected to be released in early December on Abdulla Rashim's Northern Electronics label. Ohlsson is part of Body Sculptures, a group that also comprises Varg, Posh Isolation co-founder Loke Rahbek, Puce Mary and Erik Enocksson, and has previously collaborated with Varg on the Scandinavian Swords I cassette.
As Vit Fana, Ohlsson has also appeared on the Fornminnen tape on Northern Electronics back in 2014 and more recently on the Posh Isolation compilation Love Grew Rings Around Me. The new record continues to explore a sound indebted to early industrial electronics and caps off a busy year for the Swedish label, which has recently released 12-inches from Acronym and Abdulla Rashim among others.
