Different Circles have detailed their next compilation, Weightless Volume 2, due out later this month.
The label, run by London producers Mumdance and Logos, leans towards the more abstract end of grime and UK bass. Their 2014 Weightless compilation profiled a sound of the same name, which is an ambient-oriented take on the continuum. Now they've announced a sequel featuring the label founders themselves alongside Yamaneko—whose most recent album landed on Local Action a couple months ago—plus Repitch label boss Shapednoise, as well as FIS, Inkke and Sharp Veins. It follows a mix CD, Mumdance & Logos Present Different Circles, that came out in November.
