A joint release from MoMA PS1, Other Music and The Vinyl Factory, it'll arrive in time for this weekend's Come Together event in New York.
Come Together, a limited-edition compilation celebrating this Sunday's Come Together festival and label market at MoMA PS1 in New York, is on the way.
MoMA PS1 will be presenting the afternoon event in collaboration with Other Music, the beloved East Village record shop that closed last year, and together they'll issue Come Together with The Vinyl Factory, which will be available Sunday.
The compilation features nine tracks from nine labels participating in the festival: Palto Flats, Rvng Intl., PAN, Superior Viaduct, The Kitchen, Ghostly International, DFA Records, Luaka Bop and Other Music's Recording Co. imprint.
Visible Cloaks & Dip In The Pool, M.E.S.H., Mary Lattimore and NHK'Koyxen count among the contributors. This will be the first time these tracks, some of which are previously unreleased, are made available on wax.
MoMA PS1 has also announced its dates for 2017—it'll run every Saturday afternoon at the museum from July 1st through September 2. Tickets are available here on RA.
Watch RVNG Intl.'s video for the digital version of that Visible Cloaks & Dip In The Pool joint, "Valve"—which earned high marks here on RA last fall.
