Junior High School Excursion To The Parallel World is the latest conceptual record from Dutch producer Niels Luinenburg's Radio Matrix label, following 2015's Wasteland, which chronicled a journey to a planet of the same name. This time, Luinenburg invites a group of high school students for a "one-week journey to The Parallel World, a world where its leaders decided to go back in time rather than moving forward."
Students are asked to either "take part in a sting operation where you will be able to sneak into the offices of the corrupted leaders," "participate yourself into these scams and become part of the classified sector" or, "for those of you who already gave up on humans, "the chance to take care of the last surviving animal—the hyena!"
It comprises eight new tracks of Luinenburg's usual atmospheric techno and electro, and you can listen to clips over at Clone.
