  • Belfast's AVA Festival has announced details of its conference programme for 2017. The AVA Conference is a mix of performances, talks, masterclasses, workshops and panels. It's a free event taking place on the festival's first day: Friday, June 2nd. The programme includes artists like Jeff Mills, Leftfield's Neil Barnes, New Jackson and Moxie, with R&S Records founder Renaat Vandepapeliere, Native Instruments and Resident Advisor also involved. Those who wish to attend AVA Conference can register here. This year's AVA Festival will run on June 2nd and 3rd at T13 in the city's Titanic Quarter, with Bicep, Ben UFO, Midland, Marcel Dettmann, Denis Sulta, Job Jobse, Or:La, Hammer, Ejeca and Saoirse among the artists confirmed.
