- The LP lands amid the label's ten-year anniversary celebrations.
Mike Dehnert will release a new album called Providing Home in June.
Providing Home comprises 11 tracks due out digitally and on vinyl. It's the German techno artist's first solo record since How Close To Be / Me Too, a 12-inch released on DJ Koze's Pampa Records in 2016. Providing Home sees Dehnert explore techno, deep house and pop-leaning fare, with vocals from Albert Vogt. Fachwerk, the label run by Dehnert, is currently celebrating ten years of operation and will handle the LP's release. Read our label of the month feature from 2011 for more information on the outlet.
A veteran producer with at least ten albums, mostly digital-only, in his catalogue, Dehnert is one of the key names in German techno. He built his reputation with high-powered club tracks, but has recently explored softer and more melodic sounds.
