Amsterdam's Music From Memory will release a remix EP focusing on Denis Mpunga and Paul K.
Five contemporary artists—Prins Emanuel, Dazion, Androo, Interstellar Funk and Tolouse Low Trax—have reworked tracks from Criola, a collection that pulled together some of the Belgian-Congolese duo's released and unreleased material from the first half of the '80s. The package is rounded out by another unreleased cut, "Veronika V02," which Music From Memory describes as "a synth bass-heavy" version of Criola's "Veronika 02."
