The first release comes from Aris Kindt, Harris's collaborative project with guitarist Gabriel Hedrick.
The new outlet follows Scissor & Thread, the label the New York artist ran with Anthony Collins from 2011 until earlier this year. (The duo ended their Frank & Tony project last month.) Kingdoms will focus on more than just dance music, taking in "club-inflected jazz, contemporary composition, ambient and reissues of obscurities from across the musical spectrum," according to a press release.
The first album on Kingdoms comes from Aris Kindt, Harris's collaboration with guitarist Gabriel Hedrick. There's no word on a release date or tracklist yet. The two last collaborated on a 2015 LP called Floods.
