- The Ukrainian producer and Australian selector have teamed up for an edits record, due this October.
Tropical Jam, a new label run by Vakula and Daniel Lupica, will launch in October.
The partnership resulted from the Ukrainian producer's most recent Australian visit in June and spending time with Lupica, one of Sydney's top selectors and crate diggers in the realm of soul, disco and funk. Together they will launch the label with a three-track 12-inch of edits of music sourced from all over the globe, with a second record due soon after. According to the pair, "the emphasis is on world music but also with an intention for the dance floor."
