DJ Harvey soundtracks audiovisual installation in London featuring new footage from Paradise Garage

- The Final Night In Paradise will run from November 24th through 26th at a former Victorian brothel in Shoreditch.
- DJ Harvey has compiled the soundtrack for a new audiovisual installation in East London featuring previously unseen footage from New York club Paradise Garage. Presented by Boiler Room and directed by Amar Ediriwira, The Final Night In Paradise will feature a wall of split-screen monitors showing clips from the venue's closing party in 1987. There will be footage of famed resident Larry Levan behind the decks, and of Liz Torres and Gwen Guthrie performing live. The installation, which will be open to the public from November 24th through 26th, is going down at The Gallery, a former Victorian brothel in Shoreditch. Admission is free. Neighbouring club Village Underground will host a closing party for the installation on Sunday, November 26th, with sets from Colleen "Cosmo" Murphy, Jamie 3:26 and recent RA podcaster Nick The Record.
