After only recently announcing Carl Cox’s confirmed Australian tour dates, Agent Mad have lifted the lid on the full details of his December 13 Sydney gig, which looks like an absolute corker. The venue is Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park, with proceedings kicking off at 5:00pm and carrying on until 7:00am.
Joining the global techno phenomena that is Carl Cox (3 hour set min.), will be the south-eastern Los Angeles hip-hop trio Cypress Hill. Made up of DJ Muggs, B-Real and Sen Dog, their first album ‘Cypress Hill’ went platinum, whilst ‘Insane In the Brain’ propeeled their second album ‘Black Sunday’ to greatness. Not content with that, breakbeat dreadlock connoisseur FreQ Nasty, who began at Botchit & Scarper in the late nineties and who up till now is still rocking the breaks circles with both his DJ’ing and production.
Early bird tickets will be available for $60 + bf, on October 20, whilst Full price tickets will go on sale on November 3 at $78 +bf. Carl Cox’s Australian tour dates are as follows:
