The label says he wrote and recorded the eight-track album between 2016 and 2017 at the Ridgewood, Queens residence that's also housed New York luminaries like DJ Python, Anthony Naples and the Exotic Dance crew. It follows DiMaggio's one-sided 12-inch for Max D's Future Times, 2016's Fusion (Broadcast Mix). It's also the imprint's first announced release for 2018. The press release notes At Ease is equal parts "dizzy street beats and live keyboard action," touching on his love of "'90s hybrid techno, jazz(tronica) and deep house, all in psychedelic fashion."
