- The two releases feature the Paul brothers on production, guitar and synth.
Jai Paul and A.K. Paul are putting out two new records through their jointly-founded Paul Institute.
Each release is available as a stream, download and 7-inch through the Paul Institute web shop, which will only be open for 24 hours. The vinyl versions will each feature an original track and its instrumental. Both records are from artists who have appeared on Paul Institute in the past. "Shimmer" comes from Fabiana Palladino, who wrote and self-produced her track with guitar, synth and co-production work from Jai Paul. Ruthven handles the other, "Hypothalamus," which features A.K. Paul on guitar and mixing (he also co-wrote the song).
The Paul Institute was started in 2016 as a platform to "support and nurture new British music talent," and has also released solo music from A.K. Paul.
