Sven Vath’s latest - Sound of the Fourth Season - gives us a glimpse of what the 4th Season for Cocoon was like. The double CD's, inspired by the Closing party on that Monday is an amazing recollection of tracks heard throughout the season at Cocoon.
Featuring tracks from Funk D'Void, LFO, Codec and Flexor, Marco Carola CD1 is a definitely a great representation of a night at Cocoon. The Day Disc(2), is more of a experimental affair and those of you who have heard the ‘Sound of the Second Season’ mix may be familiar with this. However with names like L'usine, Primal Scream, Ricardo Villalobos, Phonogenic, Dntel, and Luciano it gives you a much different sound - something more eclectic and experimental yet truly remarkable.
