One for the hip hop fans here. DJ Pogo (UK) returns to Melbourne on Thursday 27 November to play Revolver Upstairs. He'll be supported by Ransom, Raph Boogie, Selekt, D-vise, Gsan and Agent 86.
There are two kinds of DJs in the world, turntablists and those who rock clubs and parties. DJ Pogo is the unique combination of both. He is famous for his mix style of funk, original breaks and hip hop and is also an avid, obsessive collector of records. He has also collected numerous turntable trophies over the years, including the 1997 DMC crown.
DJ Pogo is on tour to celebrates the release of the new CD DJ Pogo Presents The Best Of Pulp Fusion which includes not only an amazing selection from the Pulp Fusion series as compiled by Pogo but also a bonus CD of Pogo doing a live mix of the tracks. Entry is $10 on the door.
