As early reported on RA, the Globe is undergoing new renovations to improve what already is one of Sydney's more unqiue clubs for both music and atmosphere. At this moment, a team of workmen are feverishly working to get the new look Globe up and running for a re-launch party on Saturday December 13. DJs Frenzie, Julian Jason, Illya and Mark Walton will be on deck to christen the clean floors, walls and ceilings with a special party going by the name of Globe Reloaded.
To asisst in the birth of this exciting new era for the Globe, two new weekly events have been added for extra enjoyment which includes Boot Leg on Thursdays with the best local breaks DJs on offer and Ce'Soir on a Sunday which will explore the finer side of house with deep, soulful and funky grooves. The opening night for Boot leg will feature Kid Kenobi, Q45 and Ajax in a 3 deck, 3 way, 3 hour bootleg mashup.
