It's time to head to Detroit! Movement ‘ 04, Detroit’s Electronic Music Festival is on from May 29-31, over the Memorial Day weekend in Hart Plaza, Detroit. The theme of this year's Movement Festival is "Three Days One Million People".
The Movement Festival celebrates its 5th Anniversary as Detroit plays host to the most important dance music event in the world: a free three day festival attended by a million people each year combining cutting edge musical diversity with state-of-the-art technology, fashion and culture. This year once again, over 70 world-renowned acts will perform on multiple stages in the heart of the Motor City this Memorial Day weekend.
The 2004 Movement Festival will run from Saturday May 29 until Monday May 31 showcasing the world’s most important and influential musical artists while maintaining allegiance to Detroit and the history of true urban dance music. After hours, Downtown Detroit, will come alive as every bar, club, gallery and warehouse space overflows with 200 separate after parties and events hosted by the world’s top promoters, record labels and magazines.
