  • ‘Master of the Tiny Sounds’, DJ Mako, will feature at Fröhlich in Sydney on Friday 9 July 2004 at Club 77. Recording label ‘Floating Point’ describes Mako as a “…creator of music so beautifully intricate and detailed that it instantly stands out as something unique in an age of beats-by-numbers”. After relesing his debut debut single ‘Like, Abort Juan’ (Floating Point), a musical collaboration with breaks DJ, Bass Kleph, which received an enthusiastic reception by industry pundits he his increased his profile and is only a few months away from releasing his first album. At Fröhlich Mako will be joined by residents Bogaz, Jamie Lloyd, D. Michaelis and Drae, the core group of DJs who have played at Fröhlich since its launch in December 2002. This coming Fröhlich is the second of a four part instalment for 2004 at Sydney’s newly refurbished Club 77.
