Fatboy Slim first tour of the UK got off to a fine start at the University of Northumbria last night with something of a surprise for the sell-out audience. Norman Cook picked up his bass guitar and joined support band Jonny Quality on stage to perform a handful of tracks from his new ‘Palookaville’ album (RA Review Here). Then as the rest of the band played Slash Dot Dash, Norman jumped behind the decks and cued up the first record of his DJ set. It's the first time ever that he has performed his music live.
The next single from Palookaville will be Wonderful Night. It is released on Skint on the 29th November. Remain tour dates as below:
