Hot on the heels of his new album ‘Shock City Maverick’, Beans is hitting the UK and Europe for a string of live dates with Mike Ladd, Rob Sonic and Busdriver. Beans is an energetic Hip-Hop live performer who has recently shared the stage Radiohead, Prefuse 73, Talib Kweli, Tortoise, El-P, Mike Ladd, DJ Krush, The Rapture, DJ Shadow, Aesop Rock, Cannibal Ox, Attica Blues, Terranova, Jean Gray and Missy Elliott. Beans’ intense live performance see him accompanied only by a mic and, for most of the show, a backing track. The minimal set-up emphasises Beans’ stunning vocal talents and ability to ride a rhythm either over a beat or totally a cappella.
