The first annual Trance Awards results were announced on Friday night at Slinky in Bournemouth, with awards being handed out in 11 categories. In total there were 9000 voters from 87 countries around the world, showing a lot of love for Paul van Dyk and his Vandit label with Paul collecting honours for best dj and best producer, as well as Nu NRG (Vandit) receiving honours for best trance live act.
