  • There's no better time for a drum'n'bass party than a public holiday eve. It is a tradition within the Melbourne d'n'b scene to head to Lounge on such occassions, and this Sunday 13 March Light It Up V... Blazin! is on. The Light It Up saga continues with another massive line-up and another surefire killer public holiday hangover. This fifth installment brings hard fought versus sets throughout the night and plenty of lighter-worthy tunes for all the dancefloor crew. DJs playing include Lex, Sean vs JPS, Dust vs Fiend, Fickuss vs Keir, Fenton vs FMF, Quick vs Synaptic and MC Brake. The music will range from deep and soulful beats early in the evening right through to the edgiest neurofunk. Doors open at 10, give-aways and door prizes thanks to Kombat Bass and Forward Focus. Entry is $10/$7 and the party kicks off at 10pm. Don't forget Kombat Bass are also throwing a Drum'n'Bass Boat Party on Saturday 2 April . More info on that soon...
