- Method Man will be joined by Redman for the upcoming Australian
Bugg’n tour line up.
Rumours have been rife asking if Method Man would be joined by his partner in crime for an upcoming Australian tour and through Fundamental Creations we can announce that US rapper and in more recent times movie star; Redman has been added to the Bugg’n tour line up.
Redman's 1992 Def Jam debut album ‘Whut? Thee’ broke into the US Top 50, achieved gold status in the United States, and prominent hip-hop magazine The Source subsequently named Redman Rap Artist of the Year for 1993. since then he has built a global profile through his own albums and through his part in the group Def Squad with whom he released the 1998 album El Nino. A year later and he has formed a close partnership with label-mate Method Man, and they dually released the 1999 album Blackout.
Over the years, Redman has collaborated extensively, both with hip hop figureheads and with artists from other genres; the long list of artists and groups he has worked with includes De La Soul, Wyclef Jean, Snoop Dogg, Notorious BIG, Scarface, NAS, The Offspring, Christina Aguilera, D'Angelo, Me'shell Ndegeocello, 2Pac, Jodeci, Cypress! Hill, KRS One and IAM. You can catch Redman and Method Man on stage together for a 90+ mins action packed show, featuring a cameo by DJ Kool (Let Me Clear My Throat).
