Brisbane music fans are in for a rare treat next weekend when the rare combination of breaks, beats and hip hop and a rare Belgian mirrored tent come together! The Freefall Massive is being put on by Brisbane-based Freefall Records and the Qld Music Festival. It will be a night of breaks, beats and hip hop inside the historical Belgian Spiegeltent on Saturday July 30.
Freefall Massive will feature local favourites Soma Rasa and Ozi Batla / Urth Boy (The Herd) as well as Statler + Waldorf, Teschnik, Whispa, and DJs Kristian Hernandez, Matt Gloss, Sampology. Visuals will be by Strictly + Lowdown and Triggerhappy.
The Spiegeltent tours the world and has housed more live musical, theatrical and comedy events over its long life time that you've had hot dinners. This beautiful tent is taking up residence in the South Bank Forecourt in Brisbane throughout the Queensland Music Festival programme.
This will be one special night not to be missed, both for the charm of the unique venue and the great local acts playing. Check it!
