If you crave a night that celebrates electronic dance music in its various forms then the multi-genre Intellectronica party on Saturday 27 August at Geddes Lane could be the one for you. The party will feature dirty electro house, reverberating progressive beats and eccentric razor-sharp psy trance. Aimed at filling the void for both electro and psy lovers, Intellectronica blends the finest sounds and independent genres to create a funkified journey.
Spark Occurence have gathered together a fresh mix of faces to Dj and play live at their party. Jester and Spyke will be playing variations of electro, while Heath Myerswill treating the punters to a legendary dirty dance floor mash up of acid, electro and bent tech house. Aaron Smiles will have you in his expert hands to smoothly traverse Intellectronica from electro to psy with a dash of progressive beats. Aaron’s psygressive sets exhibit his renowned intricate mixing, special live effects and own sophisticated tracks.
Tim Harvey (Alien Earth) will be further funking up Intellectronica with some serious booty shaking psychedelia. Tim is widely regarded as one of Melbourne’s favorite progressive psy artists. Closing the night will be the live duo, Siaqua, with their signature live psytrance to ambient soundscapes.
Showing there is more than just good music to a good time there will also be local artists will be transforming Geddes and thanks to the ACA crew, we'll be graffing up the laneway - Intellectronica style!
