Detroit DJ and producer Rolando makes a welcome return to the NRK roster later this Spring with a double mix CD exploring not only his dancefloor orientated style but also his late night loungin vibes. Titled 'From There To Here And Now', Rolando has crafted a collection of old and contemporary electronic classics.
A career that started with the legendary Underground Resistance organisation and spawned hugely influential tracks "Knights Of The Jaguar" and "Quetzal" to name just a couple, Rolando now flies solo, and this compilation will be his first major project since the NRK released 'nite:life 016' back in late 2003.
The double CD 'From There To Here And Now' will be out in late April on NRK, and Rolando will be DJing extensively around the UK and Europe in promotion of this mix compilation. A date at London's Ministry of Sound is already confirmed to help launch the CD on April 22nd.
