  • After a strong debut last year, Love in Leeds returns to Lotherton Hall for a bigger and better bank holiday bash. With a lineup featuring the best in Northern clubbing and a strong international roster, the Sunday night celebrations look set to make the most of the long weekend. Spread over six arenas, each anchored by a successful club night, the festival lineup includes house (Kissdafunk/Federation), trance (The Gallery, Turnmills), hard house (Goodgreef) and Retro. Recommended is the Basics/Dirty Disco arena where Tiefschwarz share the headlining slot with Superfreq friends M.A.N.D.Y. and Mr C. Rounding out the bill are Ralph Lawson and 20/20 Soundsytem. As with all festivals, there's the constant dilemma of knowing what arena to be in at what time. Providing strong competition to the Basics/Dirty Disco are long-standing ravers Tribal Gathering who serve up some delicious dark and dirty house from Axwell, Felix Da Housecat, Deepgroove and Greg Vickers. We're optimistic that the sun is going to come out. Either way get set to feel the Love in Leeds.
