  • They won a Grammy then disappeared off the dance music radar. But now the Hydrogen Rockers are back with a new 12 inch on Cr2. The Hydrogen Rockers aka Paul and Ben Harris originally piqued progressive ears with their track 'Musica' back in 2001. But it was 'Days Go By', recorded together with Steve Smith as Dirty Vegas, that was picked up for a Mitsubishi ad in the States and ultimately saw them scoop up a Grammy for 'Best Dance Single'. Following a remix of Madonna's 'Die Another Day' the unit quickly became one of the most successful dance music acts to crossover to the mainstream in the U.S. On new single 'I Turn Away' the duo combine the dark chugging drums of 'Musica' with the breathy Britney-esque pop vocals of Anna McDonald. Their first 12 inch in almost two years, the single also includes remixes from Tom Novy. Hydrogen Rockers ‘I Turn Away’ Tracklist A1. Club Mix A2. Vocal Mix B1. Tom Novy Vocal Mix B2. Tom Novy Dub Mix Hydrogen Rockers 'I Turn Away' on Cr2 is in stores worldwide now.
