Time to get on the phone to the travel agent? Dates for the Miami Winter Music Conference 2008 are out.
WMC 2008 will take place at the Miami Beach Resort & Spa from March 25 - 29, 2008. The tenth edition of the Ultra Music Festival will again wrap the week up on Saturday, March 29.
The Miami WMC is a week of day and night parties which draws clubbers, artists, DJs and industry professionals from around the globe to South Beach and Downtown Miami every year in March. Besides the non-stop partying, there's also an actual conference with panels, discussions and workshops. Though we've never actually met anyone who's been to that.
Traditionally, the WMC has attracted the big guns of progressive, trance and mainstream house, but in recent years the program of parties has diversified a little: In 2007, there were first time WMC parties by Mobilee and Immigrant alongside WMC regulars Minus, Get Physical, Spectral Sound, Crosstown Rebels and Poker Flat.
