  • Three Berlin acts head to Australia next month as part of The Berlin Sessions tour, which aims to transport the vibe of Berlin's underground club and art scene down under. The parties happen over three consecutive nights in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in venues which will be transformed into more underground, makeshift spaces. The Civic in Sydney will extend out into a laneway and up onto a rooftop while Melbourne's Miss Libertine and Brisbane's Bar Soma will take over art spaces for film and video installations. Representing the German dance capital will be Kanzleramt chief Heiko Laux, recent Berlin transplant and Drumpoet star Quarion as well as Jazzanova, the brains behind Sonar Kollektiv. No word yet on whether there'll be any afterparties out the back of any doner kebab shops. In the meantime, check out how they made the crafty flyer:
