Goldfrapp and Groove Armada will headline London's Lovebox Weekender this weekend.
"Putting the heart and soul back into festivals" is the tagline to this annual event and with a booking policy that stresses breadth over depth, it's one that seems to be successful thus far. The concept, put into action by the Groove Armada boys has grown into an eight-stage, 25-acre bonanza of music. This year's go-round features Armada (natch), electronic pop from Goldfrapp, The Human League and Sebastian Tellier; indie rock from The Flaming Lips, Lightspeed Champion, and Dandy Warhols; drum 'n' bass doyen Roni Size, funky disco lover Maurice Fulton, cosmic legend Daniele Baldelli, Fabric resident Craig Richards, and much, much more.
Regular weekend passes are sold out, but you can still purchase Sunday passes, as well as VIP passes, if you're just dying to get in to see the madness in person.
