- Hercules & Love Affair's Andy Butler will celebrate the release of his debut mix CD in London later this month.
- Renaissance are set to launch their new Sidetracked mix series with a party in London later this month. The headlining spot will be taken by Hercules & Love Affair's Andy Butler, who has mixed up a selection of classic house and disco tracks for the first Sidetracked installment. Fans should expect more of the same from his three hour set, and he'll be ably supported by respected DJ, journalist, author and DJHistory.com co-founder Bill Brewster. The Sidetracked series was devised to host styles of music that you wouldn't typically find on Renaissance, but if you're more into their usual sound, you'll be glad to hear that the second room will be occupied by tech-house stalwart Christian Smith, while Renaissance resident Marcus James will back him up with a marathon five hour set.
