- CR2 will release this year's round-up compilation for the Ibizan nightspot.
UK duo MYNC are set to mix the 2009 edition of Space Ibiza's annual round-up compilation.
Having put out the last six editions of the annual Space Ibiza compilations, UK imprint Azuli have now parted ways with club, leaving Mark Brown's CR2 label to resume things under the banner of their Live & Direct series. Brown himself mixes this one alongside Nick Corelli under their MYNC guise, blending 28 of this summer's mainstream house and techno biggies over two CDs. Appearances from 2000 and One, Julien Chaptal, Joris Voorn and Steve Lawler adorn the first disc, while CD2 boasts cuts from Paul Woolford, Simian Mobile Disco, Nic Fanciulli and Gui Boratto. Included in the package will be a bonus DVD featuring highlight footage of the club's opening party this year which reportedly saw in excess of 22,000 people pass through the doors of the Playa D'en Bossa venue.
