Get Physical celebrate 7th anniversary in London

- The Berlin label crosses the pond for the first in a series of label parties, with a headlining set from M.A.N.D.Y.'s Patrick Bodmer.
- Get Physical Music will be hosting their first standalone party in London next month. It might have been seven long years in the making, but finally the Berlin-based label will throw their own London party. The good news this time is that it's not going to be a one-off, with Get Physical set to return to the city's relatively new Cable nightspot for a recurring series of events showcasing the label's roster of artists. Beginning on November 28th, the inaugural Get Physical night will be headlined by Patrick Bodmer from M.A.N.D.Y., who is fresh from completing mixes for the both Get Physical's 7th Anniversary Compilation and Renaissance's soon-to-be-released Mix Collection. Joining him in room one will be label mainstay and recent DJ T. collaborator Thomas Schumacher, with Heidi rounding out the line-up. Heidi will also get the chance to hook up with her buddies at Phonica while she's back, as they'll be celebrating their sixth birthday in the second room. Long-term staffers Simon Rigg, Hector and Anthea are all set to play the bash, with recent Cadenza signings Cesar Merveille and Pablo-Cahn Speyer also set to bring their minimal house stylings to the table.
