  • More than 50 acts have been added to the 11th annual EXIT Festival line-up, scheduled to take place this July at the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad, Serbia. The biggest main stage additions include DFA centerpiece LCD Soundsystem, who will by then be hot on the heels of their new album, due for release on May 17th. Big name pop acts have also been billed, like Missy Elliott and alternative rockers Placebo. The Dance Arena has added David Guetta, Laidback Luke and Riva Starr, plus European house and techno artists like Solomun and Black Rose (a collaboration between Henrik Schwarz and Jesse Rose). Turntable virtuoso A-Trak will also appear behind the decks, and Norwegian disco-pop duo Ost & Kjex will perform live, accompanied by a gospel choir. Dozens more acts will perform across EXIT Festival's 25 stages, ranging from pop to techno to Polish black metal. The Fusion Stage will focus on rock-electronic crossover artists, such as Midnight Juggernauts, Jamaica and Bambi Molestors. Meanwhile, RA has helped provide some advanced bass sounds on the Happy Novi Sad Stage, courtesy of Hudson Mohawke, Joker, Pinch, D-Bridge and more.
