- The Berlin icon will play live in London later this month.
On Thursday the 28th of April Paul Kalkbrenner will bring his lauded live show to fabric's main room.
Kalkbrenner was originally billed to play in December, but the gig was cancelled due to bad weather, so he'll be making up the appearance later this month. Kalkbrenner has been a major part of the German techno scene for over ten years now, having been one of the first artists signed to Ellen Allien's BPitch Control. Three years ago his popularity shot up further when he starred in Berlin Calling, a feature film set in Berlin's club scene. By now his live act has been seen by more than 100,000 people around the world.
The concert takes place on a Thursday night, and will be confined to Room 1. Support comes from Canadian artist Simina and fellow German producer Dominik Eulberg, whose album Diorama is due out at the beginning of next month.
