- The Dutch electro veteran's latest LP is currently available on his homepage.
Danny Wolfers, better known as Legowelt, has released a new album through his official website.
In a message that accompanies the release, Wolfers describes The TEAC Life as "deep tape saturated forest-techno," or to be more specific, "Raw as fuck autistic Star Trek 1987- Misty Forests- X-FILES,- DETROIT unicorn futurism made on cheap ass digital & analog crap synthesizers recorded in a ragtag bedroom studio on a TEAC VHX cassettedeck in DOLBY C with an unintelligible yet soulfull vivacity." It's the Hague-based producer's third LP to come out this year after The Africa Jet Band Album, which he produced as Nacho Patrol, and a free digital reissue of Secret Microcassettes on Strange Life. The album can be had entirely for free, though Wolfers says he'd happily accept donations, if only to repair the Roland Juno 106 that broke during the recording of the album ("probably cause this shit is tooo deep and it just can't handle it," he reckons).
