- Stones Throw will reissue the LA beatsmith's first album, complete with a second disc of unreleased material.
Rapper and producer Jonwayne has an album due out next month called Oodles of Doodles.
Jonwayne is an active member of LA's vibrant left-field hip-hop scene; he's collaborated with Flying Lotus and Kutmah, played at events by Low End Theory and Friends of Friends, and has put out music on local labels Alpha Pup and Hit+Run. One of his early releases was Doodles, a scarcely available all-instrumental album he sold at his shows. Oodles of Doodles features this album in its entirety alongside a second disc of previously unreleased beats. It will be Jonwayne's first release on Madlib's record label, Stones Throw.
