  • Next Saturday, Giles Smith and James Priestley will head to Los Angeles to continue the tenth anniversary celebration of their secretsundaze party. A decade of intimate Sunday parties, which often take place at secret venues and feature some of the biggest names in underground house, techno and disco, has made secretsundaze one of the most recognizable clubbing brands in London. As the minds (and the mustaches) behind those parties, Smith and Priestly have been recognized for their skills on the decks, as heard on last summer's anniversary mix CDs, and for the secretsundaze label they founded five years ago. In LA, the two DJs will link up with another longstanding underground party, Sublevel. This one takes place at night at a secret location downtown, and as usual Sublevel boss Doc Martin will play a set. Fellow locals Droog, who will launch another season of their Culprit rooftop sessions the following afternoon, will also be on hand. Tickets to the party can be found here on RA.
