Sasha, Boys Noize, Art Department, Visionquest and many others will play the new Chicago festival.
The two-day festival on the city's north side will be one of the biggest music events in recent memory to take place right on the shores of Lake Michigan. Some of dance music's most popular acts—Boys Noize, Erick Morillo, Sasha and Duck Sauce (AKA A-Trak and Armand Van Helden)—are at the top of the bill, and heavy hitting DJs like Steve Lawler and Nic Fanciulli are confirmed as well. The festival will also play host to plenty of underground talent, including Art Department, Visionquest, Benoit & Sergio and Lee Foss. DFA will be represented by James Murphy, Pat Mahoney and Shit Robot. Other highlights include Guy Gerber and rising star Danny Daze, along with recent RA podcast selector Matthew Dear, who will DJ. A second "wave" of artists will be announced soon.
