Dorian Concept plays New York City

- The Austrian bass producer will be joined by Archie Pelago for a single US date in May.
- Dorian Concept will play Popgun! at Glasslands Gallery in New York on May 17th. Austria's Oliver Thomas Johnson has been making bass-heavy, jazz- and hip-hop-infused dance music for the better part of a decade, while also playing in Flying Lotus' live band. He's released on labels like Affine and Kindred Spirits in the past, and most recently on Ninja Tune, who featured his track "Her Tears Taste Like Pears" on their commemorative Ninja Tune XX box set. His upcoming gig in Brooklyn will be one of his first in the states, following last year's appearance at Unsound festival in New York. He'll be joined that night by local trio Archie Pelago, who will play live, plus Datalog and Astrolith.
