The LA beatmaker will play The Hungry Ear in Belfast this weekend.
The Brighton-born, LA-raised Justin McNulty was a fixture in the West Coast beat scene over the past decade, part of Los Angeles' dublab collective as well as founder of the well-respected Sketchbook club. In 2010 McNulty was arrested in California for alleged immigration violations, and was eventually deported back to the UK, where he lives currently. Since the move, Kutmah has toured Europe extensively, and he'll play Belfast's The Menagerie club for a Hungry Ear night this weekend. He'll be supported on the night by Hungry Ear residents.
Kutmah has one more UK date scheduled in July, supporting The Roots' member Questlove at the Village Underground in London.
