- The Norwegian disco pro will release his next album on Full Pupp in October.
Prins Thomas will release his second album in October, simply titled Prins Thomas 2.
Along with Todd Terje and Lindstrøm, Prins Thomas makes up one third of Norway's main cosmic disco triumvirate. Like his fellow countrymen, his sound ranges from krauty and psychedelic to more directly club-oriented, and according to Running Back boss Gerd Janson (who often DJs with Thomas and wrote the new album's press release), Prins Thomas 2 shows him getting back to the latter style: "one man and his idiosyncratic way of making people dance." The record will see release on Full Pupp, one of the labels Thomas runs (along with Internasjonal). It will be available as a double LP and a mixed CD with two extra tracks.
