The German producer will make his way back to Australia this February.
Butch is set to play three sets in Australia next month.
The German producer has been prolific in the studio since 2008, when he released his debut full-length, putting out more than 30 12-inches and another LP in just over four years. His take on tech house has seen its way onto labels like Cécille, Rekids and Ricardo Villalobos' Sei Es Drum, as well as his own bouq. imprint which he co-runs with fellow Mainz-based artist Amir. This year he has already released an EP on Visionquest, while in the past month he's played shows in five countries including Mexico's BPM Festival.
Now making his way back to Australia for the first time in two years, Butch will first be visiting Melbourne to play an Under One Roof party at Brown Alley alongside Spanish youngster Edu Imbernon on February 8th. From there he heads up to Sydney on the 9th for a Mantra Collective afternoon party at The Abercrombie, supported by locals aboutjack, Whitecat and Antoine Vice, followed by his final show at Perth's Court Hotel on February 10th which will again be during the day and will also feature M.A.N.D.Y., Imbernon and Felix Cartal. Tickets to the Melbourne and Sydney shows can be purchased here on RA.
