- The Dutchman will release an album through DJ TLR's Crème Organization.
DJ Overdose will release an album called Bizarro World in April.
Real name Jeroen Warmenhoven, the producer has previously released EPs on Dutch labels including Bunker, Viewlexx, Murder Capital, Clone and Legowelt's now-dormant Strange Life. His sound is rooted in hip-hop, and draws on the dark, grubby electro commonly associated with his hometown of The Hague. Although Warmenhoven technically has one LP to his name already—2009's six-track effort In For The Kill—Bizarro World will be his first full-length proper, coming in at 15 tracks, and will see release through Crème Organization.
Crème chief DJ TLR described the album, due out in April, as "a veritable tour de force in film noir electronics." It will be released through the sporadic Crème Eclipse series that specialises in electro, with recent releases coming from The Exaltics and Sumerian Fleet. For an idea of what to expect from Bizarro World, head over to the Crème SoundCloud page where snippets of all 15 tracks can be heard.
