  • Locked Groove will launch a self-titled label in May. Belgian artist Tim Van de Meutter only put out his first release last year, but he's made quite a splash in that short time. Across several EPs for Hotflush and Turbo, he's established a diverse sound taking him everywhere from deep house to banging techno and even trance. Locked Groove Records will initially remain an outlet for Van de Meutter's own material—though releasing work from others in the future is reportedly not out of the question. The first release, a limited-run vinyl-only pressing as with all of the imprint's future releases, offers up two tracks showing off the more melodic side of his work. Tracklist A1 Waves B1 Shirts Off Locked Groove Records will release "Waves" / "Shirts Off" in May 2013.
