The Freerange boss will play 10 dates in the US and Canada over the coming weeks.
Veteran UK house DJ and Freerange Records founder Jimpster will play two sets of shows in the US and Canada, starting next Thursday.
Jimpster is preparing Porchlight & Rockingchairs, his first album since 2006, which is due out via Freerange on May 20th. Before then, he's lined up seven gigs in the US across two long weekends. The West Coast is up first next weekend, with Jimpster making three appearances in California and one in Seattle. That part of the tour includes a set at Tropical Hearts Spring Festival, a three-day, two-night campout at the La Jolla Indian Reservation (about an hour north of San Diego) with Christian Martin from Dirtybird and almost two dozen other DJs billed. Gigs in Brooklyn, Detroit and Philadelphia will follow.
After a return to Europe for the Porchlight & Rockingchairs release party in London, Jimpster will visit Canada in early June for a three-night run through Calgary, Vancouver and finally Toronto, where he'll headline a #bythelake daytime party with an extended set.
